Welcome to my web-site ,my name is Russ Kellett. I have been a UFO investigator since my close encounters back in 1988 up to 1990 where I came face to face with strange humanoid figures what I have come to know as silhouette people or shadow people. This was the reason for my search for the truth in this subject, That is paranormal.

I have gone with the name Flying Saucer, and not UFO because we can identify the objects that people like myself have seen. You could say we should use the abbreviation I.F.O. If anything sort for Identified Flying Object, where people have witnessed seeing Flying Saucer's space craft etr. Of course we research all aspects of this strange sometimes bizarre ,if not frightening subject that is Paranormal.

I have striven to maintain a rigorous standard of scientific detachment to the investigation of UFOs and related phenomena, and can call on the services of several experts in a number of different fields: photographic experts in image enhancement. Soil and plant analysis and forensic analysis etr. They work alongside my team, as such expertise is beyond my competence.

My approach to this phenomena is a scientific one in principle,you could say that its a nuts and bolts approach. I have a motto which is Truth Through Scientific Investigations.

But one should not rule out the possibility of extraterrestrial life existing in our solar system. Even visiting our own planet. After all ,main stream science does not have all the answers.
